Shipping Policy


We ship love — rooted, wrapped, and ready.

Every order is packed with intention, using sustainable materials and plant-safe methods to ensure your new green companion arrives safely.



🚚 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.



🪴 Live Plants

Plants ship Monday–Wednesday only to avoid weekend delays in transit.

Each plant is carefully wrapped and cushioned with care using plant-safe packaging materials.

We do not ship during extreme weather conditions (heatwaves, freezes, storms, etc.) to protect your plant’s health. If weather delays your order, we’ll notify you and hold it safely until conditions improve.



🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the U.S. only.

We do not ship live plants to California due to agricultural restrictions.

We cannot ship live plants to P.O. Boxes.



💔 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

While we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by USPS, UPS, or weather once the package is in transit, we’ll always do our best to help resolve the issue with love and care.

Please double-check your shipping address before checking out. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses.

If your order includes both plants and accessories, they may ship separately
