If your new plant or product arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right — lovingly and clearly.

🌱 Plant Refunds
• We do not accept returns on any plants. All live plant sales are final.
• Refunds to the original payment method will only be considered if a plant is dead on arrival.
• Yellowing or dropped leaves are not considered “dead.” These are common signs of shipping stress, and your plant may still recover beautifully.
• You must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number to be eligible for a refund due to DOA (Dead on Arrival).
• 💌 If you’re unsure whether your plant is just adjusting or in trouble, feel free to send us a photo — we’re happy to offer care tips and a little encouragement. Sometimes plants just need a soft landing and some love.

🛍️ Returns for Non-Plant Items
• Returns are only accepted for non-plant items and merchandise, such as soil, accessories, and gift items.
• Items must be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our fault.
• All custom, discounted, and bundled items are final sale.
